I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. There were plenty of options for good food, drinks, and live music just steps away. The room was spacious and had a comfortable big bed. But what really stood out was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. They even organized reasonably priced tours to Halong Bay and Sapa, which were both outstanding. I would definitely stay here again without question. Thanks to the amazing staff!

The hotel's location in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter makes it the perfect base for exploring the city. With plenty of Vietnamese coffee cafes nearby, you'll have no trouble finding a delicious cup of joe to start your day. the double rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a nice ensuite and plenty of furniture to store your belongings.

Be aware that some rooms may be affected by noise from nearby karaoke facilities, which can make it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and right in the heart of the bustling old quarter. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of during my solo travels.

Plus, the location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of everything I wanted to see and do. I even booked a tour through the hostel and it was fantastic. That there was no elevator, so I had to walk up several flights of stairs with my luggage.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is in the heart of the old quarter and close to many attractions. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with complimentary bottles of water provided.

The bathrooms could be cleaner, as there were some issues with hair buildup in the drains.

Nothing to fault!

I felt right at home! Helpful staff, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast and great steak! Brilliant location, lots to do. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Assisted with trips and sightseeing. Taught me how to ride a motorbike! Free place to sleep and shower.

Not one thing.

The location was super convenient, with easy access to everything in the city. The staff were mind-blowingly communicative, friendly, and helpful, arranging day trips and taxis. The wi-fi in rooms, air conditioning, bar/lounge area, and breakfast were all jaw-droppingly good.
